August 29th (Building): 12:00pm - 3:00pm
Sept. 5th (Trimming): 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Sept. 19th (Glazing): 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Join master ceramicist, Richard Kirk Banks, and learn how to use coil building to create a large scale vessel. Works will be created using coil building techniques, then finished on the wheel! This is a great opportunity for students to dip their feet into using the potter's wheel. On the last day of class, Kirk will demonstrate glazing techniques and students can get creative in decorating their own artworks.
