About the event

Join Master Blacksmith, Dan Estep, for our first community blacksmithing workshop since the 2022 floods! This is a basic forging class that will involve slitting, drifting, forge  welding, metal manipulation with heat treating, and handle fitting. The knife will be a thin blade half tang - 18th century french trade knife.
