The Appalachian Artisan Center is hosting Artists’ Gathering 2010 on March 26th and 27th. The Gathering begins on Friday evening with supper, studio tour and performance of "The Adventures of Molly Whuppie" written by Anne Shelby, and Appalachian author, playwright and actress.

Saturday will be a full day of workshops and networking. This is a great way to get to know your fellow artists in the region and beyond.

Topics for the Gathering will include; Optional individual product reviews, using the internet to sell and market your work and managing your art business. You can also bring samples of your work to share with other particpants during lunch if you choose.

Registration fees range from $15 to $105 depending on the need for accommodations and some scholarships are available.  Make plans now to join us in Hindman to celebrate the rebirth of spring in the mountains.
